Inside Sales Representative – Wholesale Fence Materials

Lovewell Fencing, Inc., a trusted name in the fencing industry since 1978, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Division. We are a regional leader in both fence installation and the wholesale distribution of the same high-quality materials we use in the field. This is an in-person position based at our Davenport, Iowa headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Serve wholesale customers by phone, email, and walk-in with product selection, pricing, and order placement

• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across our fence systems (residential, commercial, agricultural)

• Build relationships with contractors, retailers, and repeat buyers to encourage long-term loyalty

• Coordinate with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries

• Assist with inventory-related questions and backorder follow-up

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of prior experience in inside sales, preferably in construction materials, fencing, or building supply industries

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities

• Comfortable with basic office software and point-of-sale systems

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

 

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience
