Lovewell Fencing Inc. is seeking to grow our team in the Corridor! Lovewell is looking for a full-time Foreman for our fence installation crew. We are expanding our installation range and need talented installers in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. Candidates DO NOT need fence-related experience as we will assign you a trainer who will teach you job specific skills. However, a general understanding of construction, power tools and their use/function is a MUST.

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST have valid driver’s license.

  • Class A CDL or willingness to obtain is a plus but not required.

• Dependability, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a drive to succeed are critical.

• Effective communication skills are a must.

• Must be able to stay on task and follow instructions.

• Candidates should expect to lift/carry 100 lbs.+ and must be willing to work outdoors year-round.

 

This is a non-exempt, hourly, position that with a starting hourly wage rate of $28.00 - $38.00/hr. The starting pay rate depends upon candidate’s experience level and how quickly they will be able to run a crew and manage a job without direct supervision.  Overtime during the construction season is expected.

Position start date will be March 16, 2026.
